Video Compression
The following tables describes the NEXIO AMP video compression specifications. All playout
channels support up/down/cross conversion when used in 2 channel or 3 channel mode.
Up/down/cross conversion is supported in 4 channel SD/HD mode. Up/down/cross
conversion is not supported in 4 channel SD only mode or in 6 channel mode.
All channel configurations require registration using a Software License Key (SLK).
Table 1-5 shows the SD video compression coding and decoding.
* DVCPRO25 is the same as DVCAM in 525 @ 29.97fps.
