Installation and Operation Manual

Chapter 3: Operation

The module also “remembers and reuses” previous system operation
standards when you change to freerun mode. You may need to force the

Reference Standard Set

parameter to match the input video standard.

This enables setup parameters in NTSC and disable setup parameters
not supported in PAL-B.

Since the DQS6800

can output only one video standard at a time, all

the input signals should be the same standard, matching the reference
source. If the input video for a channel does not match the operation
standard, this input signal becomes invalid. The system will trigger a

alarm for that input channel and freeze its video

output.
