Chapter 2: Installation
Local/Remote Control Jumper
Follow this procedure to set the CJ1 jumper:
1. Locate jumper CJ1 on the module (behind the module extractor
handle).
Figure 2-1 shows the location of the CJ1 jumper.
2. Place a jumper on pins 1 and 2 to set the module for Remote
control, or pins 2 and 3 to set the module for Local control.
The white triangle near the jumper indicates pin 1 . See Figure 2-2 .

Frame Reference/Ref In Jumpers
You must set both jumpers J2 and J4 to configure Frame Reference or
Ref In. Follow this procedure to set the J2 and J4 jumpers:
1. Locate jumpers J2 and J4 on the module.
Figure 2-1 shows the location of the J2 and J4 jumpers.
2. Place a jumper on pins 1 and 2 of both J2 and J4 to set the module
for Frame Reference , or pins 2 and 3 of both J2 and J4 for back
module Ref In .
