Choosing DQS6800

Upgrade Options

The basic DQS6800

module has two SD-SDI inputs and four SD-SDI

outputs. The following firmware upgrade is available:

To purchase additional license keys, contact your Sales representative.
To activate a license key, see

“Adding a License Key” on page 23

Jumpers

There are two user-configurable jumpers on the DQS6800

. Jumper

CJ1

, sets the module for either local or remote control. The default

setting is for remote control. Jumper

sets the genlock input to either

Note

You need to configure modules for local or remote operation prior to
power-up. To change the configuration, first remove power from the
module, reset the jumper, and then reapply power.
