9. Select the individual resolution of the graphic card output from the
selection list in the field
Resolution 1
(e.g. 1920x1080). This is the
graphic card output the CPU Device is connected to.
10. Enter the respective pixel coordinates of the CPU Device in the Multi-
Screen Control arrangement into the fields
Offset X
and
Offset Y
.
For instance, you have to enter 1920 for a shift of 1920 pixels to the
right into the field Offset X.
11. If the CPU Device to be configured is a Dual-Head extender (482
series), activate the option
Dual-Head Extender.
Enter the resolution
of the 2nd graphic card output and the offset information in the field
Resolution 2
.
12. For some operating systems it is necessary to activate the option
Multiplier
. This is mandatory, if you cannot reach all areas of the
desktop with your mouse cursor.
13. After changing the configuration, a restart of the extender is
mandatory. For this purpose, a corresponding popup window will
occur after pressing the button
Apply
.
By executing steps 7-11 the CPU Device is configured for the Multi-
Head operation and can be used now.
