4. UNIT’S MAINTENANCE MANUAL
Keep the unit clean and service periodically.
At least once a month it is recommended to stop the operation of the device to clean the interior, provide natural defrost -
ing of the evaporator and to clean the condenser.
• The appliance must be cleaned with water at a temperature not exceeding 40ºC, with neutral detergents added. It
is forbidden to wash the device using agents containing chlorine and various variants of sodium that dam -
age the protective layer and components of the device (also applies to various grades of stainless steel)!
Remove any residue of glue or silicone on the metal parts of the device with extraction gas only (not applicable to
plastics!). Do not use any other organic solvents.
