3.4. OPERATION
The cooling temperature and the work cycle of the unit may fluctuate. They depend on many factors
e.g. the ambient temperature and the quantity and temperature of the products inside. The unit should be placed in a dry,
well-ventilated area away from sunlight, with good air exchange (distance between the wall and the unit at least 10 cm),
away from heat sources and air circulation devices (air conditioners, ceiling or portable fans - they CANNOT blow or
extract air from the refrigeration unit!) . The unit functions correctly in an environment where the temperature is in the
appropriate climate class, as indicated on the rating plate. The operation of the device may deteriorate when it has been
operating at a temperature higher or lower than the specified range for a longer period of time.
The unit may only be started after confirming the effectiveness of shock protection with the results of
measurements carried out in accordance with applicable regulations.
3.3. Preparing the device for commissioning
• Unpack the unit, remove the foil and cardboard angles.
• Set the unit on a level and sufficiently hard surface and then level it with the feet
• For wheeled vehicles, wheel locks must be used to prevent movement during operation
• Wash the unit thoroughly, wipe dry or allow to dry completely
• Due to the version of the cabinet, the frame can be rotating or fixed to the body.
1. (Version: Cabinet with a fixed frame ) Place the hooks at the correct height in the frame. Attach the bumpons
(silicone elements protecting the glass shelf against slipping) on the hooks in the shelves, and then place the glass
shelves on top of them.
2. (Version: Cabinet with a rotating frame) Place the glass shelves at the appropriate height on the rotating frame.
The rotating frame is activated by means of a switch button located on the cabinet control panel. Each opening of the
cabinet door will halt the rotation of the frame while the door is opened. Closing the door will re-enable the
rotation of the frame.
Accurate leveling of the unit (screwing or unscrewing the adjustable feet) will prevent noisy compressor
operation and ensure proper water drainage (condensate) during defrosting.
Once the installation is complete, leave the unit at rest for at least 2 hours before switching on (for devi -
ces with internal cooling unit) so that the oil level settles, so as to prevent the problems with starting the
chiller! WARNING: Protect from refrigeration circuit from damage!

The primary task of the thermostat is to control the chiller unit to reach
the preset temperature inside the unit and to maintain it within specified
ranges. All settings of the temperature controller necessary for the
normal functioning of the device are entered by the manufacturer. The
user must check and possibly adjust the desired temperature inside the
unit before starting the appliance for the first time.
