Cutter Option
The IER 520 Printer featuring the cutter option can be configured
to cut the documents automatically at the end of the printing
session.
IMPORTANT
If using the cutter option with self-adhesive
labels, it is important to set the cutting position
precisely, so cutting takes place between the
labels in the area of the label backing.
Otherwise, when directly cutting the labels,
remaining traces of adhesive may cause the
cutter blade to jam.

Peel-Off Option
The IER 520 Printer with the Peel-Off option presents the operator
with a ready-to-stick label, already removed from the backing strip.
This option involves the rewinding of the media backing (to load
this type of media, refer to Page 24).
NOTE
The peel-off option comes with a label taken sensor
inhibiting the printing of a new label until the operator
has removed the current document from the ejection
slot.
