6.3.3 Connecting audio cables
In order to output analog audio, fix the cable to the provided 5-pin terminal block and then connect to the
MSD.
The MSD supports both balanced and unbalanced signals.
IDK recommends AWG 28 to AWG16 cable. The maximum exposed portion length is 7 mm (0.28 inch
approx.).

6.3.4 Connecting RS-232C cable
If you use the RS-232C communication, fix the cable to the provided 3-pin terminal block and then connect to
the MSD.
IDK recommends AWG 28 to AWG16 cable. The maximum exposed portion length is 7 mm (0.28 inch
approx.)
If you connect to the MSD using conversion cable from 9-pin D-sub connector cable, short RTS/CTS and
DTR/DSR as needed.
