Displaying a Value with an Increased Number of Decimal Places for Float-type
Variables
The number of the decimal places to be used for a float-type variable can be set from the FLOAT
VARIABLES page. The offset value is 40128, which means variable 0 is equal to 40128 and variable
2 is equal to 40130, and so on. A maximum of three decimal places can be set.
For example, the following explains how to set the number of decimal places for float-type
variable 40130.
Note that this example is a continuation of the example given in Section 4.2.3.
1. On the
FLOAT
page, click the option

drop-down menu, select the desired number of decimal places to be
used, and then click the
Update
