Description:
This command is used to read the timeout value of a module’s Host
Watchdog.
Syntax:

0: The Host Watchdog is disabled
1: The Host Watchdog is enabled

Two hexadecimal digits to represent the timeout value
in tenths of a second, for example, 01 denotes 0.1
seconds and FF denotes 25.5 seconds.
There will be no response if the command syntax is incorrect, there
is a communication error, or there is no module with the specified
address.
