Priority scan
During scan operation, priority scan checks for signals on the
(preprogrammed) priority channels* every 5 sec. Only this
function is activate when the scan pauses other than priority
channels for 5 sec. (* See p. 55 for priority channel program-
ming details.)

Push [SCAN] to start the link scan.
• Any other scans are also available (see pages 41 to 43).
• Scan pauses when a signal is received.
• Rotate [DIAL] to change the scanning direction.
