Software updates  

For a CPU software upgrade, it is necessary to use the special serial cable 

supplied by IceTeam1927 (IC577400056), connect it to the CPU through 

the Serial port (see electronic board layout) and to the USB port or RS232 

of any Personal Computer (PC). The software Upgrade can be done by 

transferring the new software from the computer to the CPU using M16C Flasher.  Once you 

have connected your PC (RS232 or USB) to the CPU (serial), switch on the machine. Once 

M16C Flasher has been installed:

Start the program and press the Settings button. 

-

 

Configure as follows: 

 

 

This configuration is necessary only the first time the program is used.

Close the Settings dialog. 

-

 

Press the arrow next to the Settings 

button and select Prog new file…

 

-

 

Select the P1-*.mot program. 

After a software update there is no need to adjust the sensor offsets or the Trimmer Hot.
