STORAGE
The storage has the function of storing the product in the cabinet and in the cylinder at the
storage temperature (programmable in step Storage Temp.). Regarding the cabinet, the
STORAGE is controlled by the TEV (Cab), while in the case of the cylinder, by the probe TEC.
The function starts by pressing the key. MP activate until reaching Set. PP Current (T29). The
PRODUCTION expects to simultaneously reach cabinet and cylinder, alternating 40 sec. In the
cabinet and 30 sec. in the cylinder, until reaching the set.
Then, the temperatures of the cylinder are controlled. When TEC becomes higher than the set
storage tempe hysteresis (2ºC), the cylinder is cooled. Between the interval of one
and the other cylinder temperature control, the cabinet is controlled.

By pressing PRODUCTION again you can
actívate the manual defrosting function. The
evaporator is subject to the formation of Frost
which may reduced its effectiveness. In order to
prevent this, the machine has an automatic and
a manual defrosting cycle.
By pressing PRODUCTION you can see the
temperatura of the refrigerator and the cylinder.
The presence of an arrow pointing downwards
indicates that the cylinder is getting colder.
