Alarms
The machine indicates possible alarms showing them on the display and with a flashing
message. In the case that an alarm has been reset it is still shown on the display in a fixed
manner (not flashing).
To activate the message again, press the key STORAGE/ RESET.
The machine can use ice-cream in PRODUCTION even if there is an alarm; if it is a critical
alarm, the machine will not allow access to PRODUCTION; in this case, press STOP and do not
use the machine until it has been repaired.
The following table includes the list of alarms:
Alarm Description
Beater Blocked When the HOT value is higher than 126 for more than 4 sec., the
cylinder performs as if it has reached the set texture and the
display shows the message "
Beater Blocked
".
Check the connectors of the EVRC and EVRCab or/and the
start capacitor of MA.
Al. Cabin Probe
(TECab) Cabinet probe not working. As this is a critical alarm, the
machine goes on to STOP, either if it is in PRODUCTION or
STORAGE.
Al. Cylind.Probe
(TEC) Cylinder probe not working. As this is a critical alarm, the
machine goes on to STOP from STORAGE, while in
PRODUCTION, controlling the texture, it stays in the same
function.
Pressure Switch
Pressure switch in function. The machine goes on to STOP: after
the 3rd intervention performed in 1 hour.
If the pressure switch contact is open for 2 consecutive minutes.
Spigot Opened
(IMS) Magnetic Safety Switch. If open for 10", resets the Wash
message.
