If the consistency is below the value programmed in the step Set Hot (U16 user) – Hysteresis Hot - HOB
Hot Block (T49) - Wait! is shown on the display. This means the ice-cream is not ready to be removed.
To deactivate the message, adjust to zero the parameter HOB Hot Block (T49).
Ice in the cylinder
In PRODUCTION, if the TEC temperature reaches a value lower or the same as the step Ice
Cylinder, the Ice Cylinder alarm, which is memorized ONLY in the event, is generated.
The display does not view this alarm.
In this condition, all the outputs related to the cylinder are deactivated and the machine
then cools the cabinet, if necessary. When the PRODUCTION timeout finishes, the texture is
examined again if the TEC of the cylinders is greater than Ice Cylinder.
Timeout Prd
In PRODUCTION, if the texture does not reach the set in the time expected according to that
established in the step Timeout Prd., it is necessary to force the end of cycle, as if the HOT had
been reached and the events alarm memorized (with Timeout Prd. Alarm in the display).
If the Hot Block (T09) is not reached then the machine passes in STOP with Timeout Prd. alarm
on the display.
Blocked Beater
In PRODUCTION, if the texture reaches a value greater than 126 in 5 ’’ ., all the cylinder outputs
are deactivated and the machine cools the cabinet if necessary, with the alarm Blocked
Beater. This control is necessary to preserve the belt.
Cabinet
The cabinet is kept through the TEV probe. It cools when TEV  Storage Temp. (T23). In this
condition, the MC, MV, MVcab and EVFV activate, until reaching the set Temperature.
The cabinet and the cylinder never activate at the same time.
The cylinder has priority: Firstly, the cylinder is taken to texture and then the cabinet in
temperature. While the cabinet is in operation, if the cone is supplied, the cabinet stops and
the cold in the cylinder activates until the product has the texture again.
