Entlüftung des internen Kühlwasserkreises bei Panda
Fahrzeug Generatoren
Entlüftungsvorgang:
Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass das Aggregat-Kühlwasser unterhalb 80°C
ist.
(Andernfalls würde nach kurzem Betrieb und nicht entlüftetem System
das Wasser sofort wieder zu kochen anfangen, so dass die Entlüftung
abgebrochen werden muss.)
Öffnen Sie alle Entlüftungsschrauben auf dem Aggregat:
1. die oberhalb der keilriemen-getriebenen Wasserpumpe,
2. die rechts neben der Wasserpumpe (10cm weiter am Thermostat-
gehäuse).
3. die oben am wassergekühlten Schalldämpfer (grünes Entlüftungs
hähnchen)

Ventilation process:
Please be sure, that the coolant of the aggregate is beneath 80°C.
(otherwise the water would boil again after a short operation and not
ventilated system and the ventilation must break down.)
Open all ventilation screws at the aggregate:
1.
the screw above the internal cooling water pump,
2.
the screw above the thermostat housing,
3.
the ventilation valve on the watercooled silencer (green ventilation
cock)
