A) Adjustment of the maximum upper rev with the limitation
screw at the base of the rev regulator lever:
a) Disconnect the plug at the electrical supply line of the servo-
motor.
b) Unclamp the countering nut at the limitation screw with a wrench
SW 10.
c) Connect an electrical voltage instrument (voltmeter) with a display
range until 300V AC to AC outlet in the AC-Control box.
d) Be sure that no electrical load is adjusted.
e ) Start the generator.
f)
Increase the rev of the generator by turning the spindle of the
servo-motor manually until the voltmeter reach a value of 260V.
(conforms about 3120 rpm)
g) Turn the keystroke screw tight against the keystroke point at the
rev regulator lever.
h) Protect the keystroke screw with the countering nut.
i)
Check again if the voltage of the generator is limited to max.
260V without load.
The adjustment of the upper limitation of the rev serves an additional
safety. The value of the max. voltage lies 5V over the normal operating
border.

A) Einstellung der maximalen oberen Drehzahl durch die
Begrenzugsschraube an an der Basis des Drehzahlver-
stellers:
a) Den Stecker an der elektrischen Zuleitung für den Drehzahl-Stell-
motor trennen.
b) Mit einem Maulschlüssel SW 10 die Kontermutter an der Begren-
zungsschraube lösen.
c) Ein elektrisches Spannungsmessgerät (Voltmeter) mit dem Anzei-
gebereich bis 300V Wechselstrom am AC Ausgang in der AC-
Kontrollbox anschliessen.
d) Sicherstellen, das keine elektrische Last eingestellt ist.
e ) Generator starten.
f)
Die Drehzahl des Generators durch drehen der Spindel des Stell-
motors von Hand erhöhen bis das Voltmeter einen Wert von 260V
erreicht. (Entspricht ca. 3120 UpM)
g) Die Anschlagschraube fest gegen den Anschlagpunkt am Dreh-
zahlstellhebel drehen.
h) Anschlagschraube durch Kontermutter sichern.
i)
Nochmals prüfen, ob die Spannung des Generators ohne Last bei
maximal 260V begrenzt ist.
Die Einstellung der oberen Begrenzung der Drehzahl dient als zusätz-
liche Sicherheit. Der Wert für die maximale Spannung liegt deshalb um
5V über der normalen Betriebsgrenze.
