Description
INTAKE
SENSOR HIGH
Intake sensor signal voltage is more than 4.9VDC.
PRESSURE
LIMITED
In speed control mode, the pump pressure increased greater than PRESS LIMIT configuration
parameter from initial pressure when mode was started.
RPM LIMIT
NO PRESS INC
In pressure control mode, the engine speed increases are limited as last 200 RPM speed
increase did not increase the pump discharge pressure.
NO WATER
SUPPLY
In pressure control mode, the pump discharge pressure is less than the DIS. P-THRES
configuration parameter value.
LOW WATER
SUPPLY
In pressure control mode, the engine speed has increased and the discharge pressure has
decreased, or pump intake sensor pressure is below low limit.
PRESSURE
DROPPED
In pressure control mode, the discharge pressure was greater than the PRES HIGH
configuration parameter value and dropped below the PRES LOW configuration parameter
value.
PRESET NOT
ALLOWED
Displayed if Preset button is pressed in speed mode and ALLOW PRESET parameter is
configured as NO.
ALARMS
NONE
Displays the number of active alarms. If no alarms are active the display shows NONE.
BATTERY

Battery voltage as measured at the DC power input to the FPG.
ENGINE OIL

Engine oil pressure from J1939 PGN 65263, SPN 100. Displays “no data” when the SPN is
not being received.

The analog engine control feedback is out of tolerance.
1.4.7 Alarm Output
The FPG has an alarm output that is used to drive an external audible alarm buzzer. The alarm output is
active low, it provides a ground signal when the alarm is active. The alarm output is current limited to
700mA. The alarm output has two functions – a double beep alert tone and a constant alarm that is used
to warn the operator of a problematic condition.
