9.1.2.2 Synchronous Negotiation Started by the Target
If the file recognizes that negotiation is required, the file sends a S D R message to the initiator with transfer
period equal to 200 nSec (M = 50). The file interprets the Initiator corresponding transfer period as shown
in the following figure Figure 125:
