The electrode connections must not show
any signs of corrosion. Replace plugs, if
required. Plugs must sit firmly on the elec-
trode pins and must be pushed down as far
as they will go.
» Attach piece of tube (3) to steam
cylinder stub with clamp (23)
» Reattach unit housing cover
Place cylinder vertically
in cylinder base
Reconnect cabling (for electro-
des and sensor electrode),
keep in mind color of hand nuts

Activate main circuit breaker
Open water supply
Check for leakage in relevant areas
