Testing the level sensor of the vacuum chamber

You will require:



Philips screwdriver PH#2 + PH#3



Fork wrench SW13

Performance instructions:



Remove 4 nuts from the cover of the vacuum

chamber



Undo the safety screw of the level sensor plug.



Pull out the plug



Carefully remove the cover together with the

level sensor



Hang the cover to the vacuum chamber as

shown in the accompanying illustration.



Check the level sensor for dirt and clean as

needed.



Check the functioning of the float level sensor

on the basis of the SPS inlets. Move the float
away by hand.
The main switch of the FAM must be set to
"ON" position while doing so.
See the illustration below in this connection.
