Returning to upright position of Vertical milling head
Follow up with the above instruction (Removing the Vertical milling head) conversely.
• To return the vertical milling head for match up with “0” position from the angle scale as well (5).
• To tightening these 4 hex nuts front side of the milling head.
• Read dial indicator. The indicator should read zero. If not, loosen these 4 hex nuts and reposition the mill head.

Provide gear to the smallest spindle speed. Keep tools in the spindle and secure it by tightening rod clockwise
(right-hand thread).
Vertical milling spindle
The 22mm open wrench (for tightening the cutter in the vertical milling spindle)
is for rigidly reasons by an one-piece steel draw bar worked smoothly.
Clamping devices for vertical milling ISO-40 spindle taper with thread M16.
CAUTION: Clamping nose and spindle tapersurface must be dust and
grease free!
CAUTION: Clean tool disc and stem taper before installation.

(Longitudinal - Vertical) and
Y direction (Transverse)
The feed drives consist of universal helical gears
and inverter motor.
