ENGINE OVERHAUL

7. Install:

• Clutch dished plate seat "1"

• Clutch dished plate "2"

• Friction plate 2

• Clutch plates

• Friction plates 3

• Friction plate 1

(see fig. 86)

• Install the clutch dished plate seat and the clutch dished plate

as shown in the figure.

• First of all install a friction plate, then alternate a plate and a

friction plate.

8. Install:

• Pressure plate

• Clutch springs

• Clutch spring bolts "1" (see fig. 87)

• Gradually tighten the clutch spring bolts in a crossed man

ner.

Recommended lubricant

Clutch spring bolt

•

12 Nm (1.2 mkg, 8.7 ft-lb)
