Tension unit - Replacement of the tension discs 830/850
Dismantling
1. Remove back cover and front cover.
2. Remove tension unit.

5. Remove torx 10 screw (B) and loosen the tension wheel spring (A).
6. Put the tension unit on a stand with the discs down.
7. Knock the shaft (J) out, use a pindriving tool max 2mm wide.
8. Remove the shaft (J).
9. Lift off the tension wheel spring (A).
10. Remove the white indication wheel (C).
11. Remove the spring housing (E) with the nut (F) and its spring (G).
12. Remove the two discs (K, M).
13. Remove the tension shaft (I) and the center disc (L) by knocking the tension shaft out.
Mounting
1. Put the tension unit on e.g. bench with the right side facing the bench.
2. Push the tension shaft thru its hole on the housing and mount the center disk and spring housing.
3. Mount the two disks with the cut out on the tension shaft.
4. Align the discs and springhousing center holes and push the shaft thru them.
5. Mount the tension wheel spring then push the shaft all the way in.

7. Mount the c-clip on the shaft.
8. Mount the protection shield with its two torx 10 screws.
9. Mount the tension unit.
