13.3 Seat Switch
This shows that state of the seat switch. If it says
"Driver not seated" on the row for Seat Switch,
it means the seat switch is not activated when
nobody is in the seat or pressing down the switch.
After sitting in the seat or manually depressing the
seat switch, the message will change to "Driver on
seat" (driver on seat = +5 V to CCU) if the function
is OK.
Under the seat above the batteries is the seat
switch, which is activated by the driver's seat
when sitting on the seat. This switch should then
send a +5 V signal to CCU. The switch is supplied
with +5 V via an orange lead and when the switch
closes, +5 V will be connected to a green lead
that runs to CCU connector D:2. This lead runs
from Cable 2 over to Cable 1 via the four-pole
connector in the middle of the cables. If a signal is
not obtained when pressing the seat switch, first
make sure the switch c5 V to the green
lead. If the signal does not reach CCU to give the
"Driver not seated" message also when the switch
is activated, there is a break. The first test should
be to check the four-pole transition between the
cables. Measure to see if +5 V is being switched
in the four-pole transition by measuring if there
is +5 V on the green lead in Cable 1, after the
connector. If there is a voltage present there, the
next connection on CCU is connector D:2. If there
is no signal there, there will be a break between
the four-pole transition between the cables and
CCU.

13.4 Cutting Deck Status
This signal shows whether the cutting deck is
mounted. If CCU does not receive the signal that
the cutting deck is in place, it will not be possible
to activate the cutting deck.
Cuttingdeck safety switch
The microswitch is supplied with +5 V orange lead
and sends a signal to CCU via the brown lead.
The brown lead goes from the microswitch to CCU
connector D:8. When the cutting deck is mounted
correctly, this switch is activated and sends a
+5 V signal to CCU. When trouble shooting, the
microswitch must be checked and that it couples
f5 V. Measure with a multimeter that the
connection to the microswitch with orange lead
has +5 V in relation to GND. When the microswitch
is activated, this +5 V is sent to CCU connector
D:8. If the power supply of the switch looks good,
take a reading on the pin into CCU so that +5 V is
also present there. If there is +5 V on the brown
lead at the microswitch but not on the brown lead
at CCU, there must be a break in the lead between
the microswitch and CCU.
