4. Lubricate the crankshaft journal with some drops of

two-stroke oil and move the crankcase cover into

position. Do not put oil on the threads.

5. Tighten the 4 screws (A) diagonally. Make sure that

the crankshaft rotates easily.

6. Attach the piston and the flywheel.

a) Assemble the piston on the connecting rod with

the arrow on the piston pointed in the direction of

the exhaust port.

b) Put the snap rings of the wrist pin in the slots.
c) Put the flywheel key in the crankcase keyway

with the flat surface parallel to the center line of

the crankshaft.

d) Attach the flywheel.

7. Attach and lubricate the cylinder.

a) Put the cylinder base gasket (G) in the correct

position.

b) Put the plate from the piston assembly kit (H)

below the piston to make sure that the piston is

stable.

c) Lubricate the piston and piston rings (I) with

some drops of two-stroke oil.

d) Use the piston ring compressor (J) and carefully

move the cylinder into position.

e) Tighten the 4 screws (K), diagonally.
