16. Attach the center unit to the flywheel puller. Hold the

flywheel puller and use a wrench to tighten the

center bolt until the flywheel releases.

7.8.6 To assemble the ignition system

1. Put some grease on the clutch screw, but not on the

thread.

2. Make sure that the keyway in the flywheel and the

keyway in the crankshaft are not damaged. Make

sure that the key is not damaged.

3. Attach the flywheel and the centrifugal clutch with

the spacers and screws as shown in the illustration.

Note: Turn the clutch until you can see the arrows

that show the direction of rotation.

4. Assemble the cables to the ignition module. Use the

2 screws and the 2 washers to assemble the ignition

module on the frame.
