Problem
The shade limits need to be adjusted — top limit.
Solution
Adjusting the Top Limit
NOTE:
Fine adjustment mode timeout is 60 seconds. If there is no action
within 60 seconds, fine adjustment mode exits.
■
Move the shade to the current top limit position. See “Basic Operation” on
page 17.
■
On the remote, ensure that the ALL button and the group number buttons
are not selected.
■
The following three steps must be done in order and within a
5 second
timeframe from the initiation of the first step.

Press and hold the programming button on the shade.
➤
Press and release the
▲
OPEN button on the remote.
➤
Release the programming button on the shade. The shade will move
to the top limit position, if not already there and the LED behind the
programming button will turn solid red to indicate the shade is in fine
adjustment mode.

On the remote, select the group number of the shade that the shade is
joined to and press

OPEN,
▼
CLOSE, and
■
STOP to move the shade to
the desired top limit location.
NOTE:
If the shade does not move at a slow speed, repeat the previous
steps.
■
Press and hold
■
STOP on the remote until the indicator lights on
the remote blink (approximately 6 seconds). The remote is now in
programming mode. Ensure none of the group buttons are selected on the
remote.
■
The following three steps must be done in order and within a 5 second
timeframe from the initiation of the first step.

Press and hold the programming button on the shade.
➤
Press and release the
▲
OPEN button on the remote.
➤
Release the programming button on the shade. The shade will move
slightly twice to indicate the new top limit is set. The LED will flash
green and then turn off.

Exit programming mode on the remote. Press and hold
■
STOP on the
remote until the indicator lights stop blinking (approximately 6 seconds), or
let the remote time out (approximately 20 seconds).
■
Verify the new top limit by moving the shade down and then up.
