ALPHA SRS (SIDE RETENTION SYSTEM) V2 

AWNING INSTALLATION

STEP 1 - INSTALL HEADBOX OR OPEN ROLLER

Refer to the following sections for instructions
i - open roller install (pg7)
ii - headbox install (pg9)

STEP 2 - OPEN THE CHANNEL FRONT COVER

The installation channel will be supplied fully assembled (Back Channel, 
Floating Channel, Front channel with Top and Bottom channel caps 
attached.

a) Check if front cover fixing screws 

at top of bottom end caps are 
used, if so remove screws. 

  Note: An installed awning will have 

these in place.

b) Slide front cover towards middle 

of blind about 12mm where it will 
stop. This operation can be per-
formed on either end of channel.

b) Front cover can then be 

removed by lifting towards user.
