Installing the system

If both of the receive modem lights are out, the
receive modem is offline. Unplug the DIRECWAY
modem power cord, plug it back in, and restart the
computer.

Configuring
Microsoft Internet
Explorer and
Outlook Express

This section describes how to run the Internet
Connection Wizard. The wizard installs both
Internet Explorer and Outlook Express.

Notes: The screens you see may vary
depending on the version of Internet Explorer
you are using.

The instructions in this section help you to
configure one e-mail address. To configure
additional e-mail accounts, repeat the
instructions completely starting with Step 1
below. Repeat for as many e-mail accounts as
you wish to configure.

You may see additional screens than those
presented here if you have an e-mail account
set up on this computer.
