The BE icon and
Help files
After you complete WebSetup, the BE icon
appears in the system tray (Figure 39). You cannot
access the Internet unless the BE icon appears.
It could take up to 30 seconds for the BE icon to
appear, during which it may seem that nothing is
happening. Do not take any action. If the icon does
not appear after 30 seconds, restart your computer.
Upon restart, the BE icon should appear in the
system tray. If the icon still does not appear in
system tray, load it manually by selecting
Start
→
Programs
→
DIRECWAY and clicking on
Navigator. For Windows XP, select
Start
→
All
Programs
→
DIRECWAY.
The first time the BE icon appears in your system
tray after WebSetup, the DIRECWAY Help Files
will appear on your screen. If they do not appear,
right click the BE icon and select Help.
Surfing
You are now ready to surf the Web. Launch a
browser and verify that you can browse in two-way
