Appendix 3: HDGC energy meter computer management system
HDGC field calibrator energy meter management system developed by Company is a
simple, automated and highly intelligent management system. It combines test data of field
calibrator and powerful processing functions of PC, and automatically forms various reports. It
consists of several modules as follows:
3.1. System
Read HDGC data
3.1.1. Read the data stored in the field calibrator to PC, and automatically form.
Modify various parameters of PC, to facilitate to form various reports.
3.1.2. Exit the system
3.2. Parameter input
3.2.1. Input meter parameters: input meter number, type, specification, manufacturer, serial
number, accuracy class, and meter constant.
3.2.2. Check and rotation cycle: According to the meter type, set the check and rotation cycle.
3.2.3. User parameters: set user symbol, name, capacity, voltage level, CT, PT transformation
ratio, ratio, and type
3.2.4. Checker parameters: set checker number, and meter tester.
