Three-phase energy meter field calibrator
3.4 Clip-on ammeter Self-checkinginging
Clip-on ammeter self-checking function is a patented technology of
, and by use of this
function, the error checking and correction of clamp transformers can be done. Clip-on ammeter in
the course of use will generate some errors due to the environment and other outside influences,
the error inspection and correction can be completed by using the self-check function;
Relying on clip-on ammeter correction, A, B and C-phase clip-on ammeter can be separately
corrected or a combination of AC, ABC-phase meter is corrected. When a clip-on ammeter is
corrected, only the corrected clip-on ammeter connects to the instrument, and the other clip-on
ammeters are not connected to the instrument
For example: correct the error of B-phase clip-on ammeter of 5A clip-on ammeter
Operating method:
1. Connect B-phase clip-on ammeter to the instrument, and flat on the desktop;
2. Open the instrument and press

4. After completion of correcting, OK is displayed on the scale progress, and the errors of the
ratio difference, linearity and angular deviation of B phase are displayed in the list of values;
