4. Frequently Asked Questions
4.1. Q: Press the power switch key, but the instrument has not been opened, why?
A: If the voltage terminal has no input voltage or the power adapter is not used, the battery
may have no electricity. When the voltage terminal has input voltage (57.7v-380v), if it
can not switch on/off, the instrument may fail.
4.2. Q: the instrument suddenly does not working properly and the keys do not work,
why?
A: There may be relatively high interference, leading to the chip to stop; you can turn off
the power supply, reboot, and the problem can usually be resolved;
4.3 Q: In the course of error calibration, the error is very large and is a relatively stable
value, why?

a) The present current is greater than 1A, and is set to 1A current shift;
b) When the input is greater than 100A, the transformation ratio is set incorrectly;
c) The meter constant setting is incorrect;
d) The active and reactive power settings are not correct;
