Three-phase energy meter field calibrator
3) After the black flag turns, if the red indicator light is still on or if a wrong pulse is output or the
green indicator light is off, the front and distance or up and down position should be adjusted;
after the red indicator light goes out or the green indicator light is on, light focusing is
completed.
2. Energy pulse line
It is designed for field calibration of electronic energy meter. One end connects to the
photoelectric outlet of the instrument, and the other end connects to the three clips. The red large
clip is for "5V", the black is for the "reference grounding", and the red small clip is for the "pulse
input". When the calibration pulse is for the energy meter of voltage output, only "reference
grounding" and "pulse input" are used. If it is passive optical coupling output, a 1K-4.7K resistor
(pull-effect) needs to be added between "5V" and "Pulse Input". The specific applications need to
refer to the manual of electronic energy meter, or contact with the meter manufacturer.
3. Manual switch
Sometimes, when you can not use the above two solutions, you can use the manual switch.
At the arrival of the first black flag, press the switch, and the disk turns to the number of turns set
(the black flag is on the same position pressed down last time), then press the switch, and the
error can be calculated.
