Videoconferencing Room Layout

When using the terminal, pay attention to your sitting posture to avoid potential back injuries.

Do not stare at the display screen for a long time. Doing so may lead to blurred vision or

damage to your eyes.

Layout Precautions



Ensure that there are no large or moving objects behind you. Otherwise, the video cannot

be viewed clearly.



Do not use striped patterns as the background.



Do not hold a conference in a room in which sound echoes.



Do not install the terminal near a sound source.



Do not install the terminal in a room where a speaker is placed.

Lighting Precautions

To ensure video quality, do not direct the lens towards bright light.
