7.1 Adjusting the Volume

To obtain the optimal conference audio effect, you can adjust audio output in multiple modes.

If the RP100-55T is in a conference, you can press

on the remote control to

increase or decrease the volume heard at the local site. The volume from the PC and the
whole conference system is adjusted accordingly.

If a headset is used, you will hear conference audio through the headset.

7.2 Selecting a Video Source

You can set video input interfaces for the local video, local presentation, and remote video.

Local Video Source

Press

, and then select a camera or other video sources.

Local Presentation Source

After a conference starts, select

Presentation source

from the option bar. From the

Presentation source

screen, select a local presentation source.

For details about how to perform operations on the option bar, see section 6.1 "Customizing the Option
Bar."

Remote Video Source

During a conference, you can select to view a remote video source.

To select a remote video source, press

on the remote control, and then select a camera.

Each remote video source is identified by a camera icon. In certain cases, however, the device connected
to the remote codec is not a camera.
