Input and
output
connectors
on the
control
board inside
the electric
control box
Check that input
and output
connectors
between the main
control board and
the display panel
and between the
main control board
and T/H sensor
board are in good
contact.
Input and output
connectors of the
control board are
in good contact.
If a connector is in poor contact,
insert it securely.
Input and
output
cables of
the main
control
board inside
the electric
control box
Check that input
and output cables
of the main control
board are properly
connected to each
contactor, solenoid
valve, high
pressure switch,
low pressure
switch,
temperature
switch, and electric
heater temperature
protection circuit
breaker.
Input and output
cables are
securely
connected to the
main control
board.
If an input or output cable of the
main control board is not
properly connected, reconnect
the cable terminal.
Dust inside
the electric
control box
Check the
electrical
components,
control
components, SPDs,
and voltage
detection boards.
Electrical
components,
control
components,
SPDs, and voltage
detection boards
are not dusty.
If there is dust, use a brush or
compressed dry air to remove
dust from various electrical
components, control
components, SPDs, and voltage
detection boards.
Aging of
components
inside the
electric
control box
Check the surfaces
of the control
board, display
panel, T/H sensor,
and surge
protection and
voltage detection
boards.
The control board,
display panel, T/H
sensor, and surge
protection and
voltage detection
board are not
aging on the
surface.
If a board has aged, replace it.
Contactors
inside the
electric
control box
Check the open
and close status of
contactors.
Contactors work
properly.
If a contactor does not open or
close smoothly, replace it.
