The Do Not Disturb (DND) function is
enabled on the IP phone.
Disable the DND function.
For detailed operations, see the

The call forward all function is enabled on
the IP phone. As a result, all calls destined for
the IP phone are directly forwarded to the
specified forwarded-to number or voicemail.
