NOTE

The UPEUa and UPEUb are differentiated by the silkscreens on the panels, which display

Functions

The UPEU performs the following functions:

Converts -48 V DC or +24 V DC power into +12 V DC, which is the operating voltage of
the boards.

Provides two RS485 signal ports with each transmitting one RS485 signal and two Boolean
signal ports with each transmitting four Boolean signals.

LED

The UPEU has one LED, which indicates the operating status of the UPEU.
