Initial position of the baling press

• Precompactor in rear position (cylinder retracted)
• Press ram in rear limit position (press cylinder retracted)
• Press ram lock in rear position (cylinders retracted)
• Wire insertion cylinders retracted (cylinders retracted)
• Wire shearing cylinder in top position (cylinder retracted)

Controls and indicators

5.2.1

Main switch

The main switch is on when it is turned 90

°

 to the right.

When the main switch is in the off position it can be secured with a padlock.

5.2.2

Emergency stop button

Pull out the 

“Emergency stop”

 button to unlock it.

If you press the 

“Emergency stop”

 button the power circuit is broken.

-> The entire machine is shut down, which means that all movement cycles

are stopped.
