At this point the RXR Frame is completely assembled. (See Picture 12.)
Flip the RXR Frame upright, move the frame to the exact final location for use in
your system. Make sure the front of the frame is (the side with the grooves on the
Primary Supports) facing into the room. You are now ready to level the RXR
frame. Place a level on the top Primary Support. Rotate the RXR Point on the
bottom of the stand counter clock wise (clock wise if viewed from the top of the
stand) as required to level the stand and make it stable (contact with floor at all
eight locations). Make sure you do not rotate the RXR Points out more than 4-5
complete rotations. The RXR Points must have three (3) complete rotations of
engagement remaining on the threaded strut for proper performance and
strength. If more adjustment is required use a shim under the RXR Points so that
the additional travel is achieved without violating the three (3) full thread
minimum engagement requirement. When the stand frame is level, hold the RXR
Point with one hand and screw the RXR Locking Nut with your other hand back
into the top of the RXR Point and torque as much as possible with your hands.
This will lock the RXR Points into place and take any motion out of threaded
connection. The result should be a very stable, firm, and level frame structure.
