Security Menu Items
The following tables explain the individual items for each of the
submenus in the Security group.

You can only set a user password when an administrator password has been set.

Press Enter This password prevents unauthorized use of your
computer, protects the data stored in it, and
preserves the preferences you set. The user
password can be up to 32 characters and
capitalization is not important (‘T’ is the same as ‘t’).
Keyboard Lock Timer [Off] Past the time specified in minutes without touching
any key, your keyboard will be automatically locked
and remain locked until you enter either the user or
the administrator password.
