In this section, you save the configuration information you 
entered in the preceding section, "Adding a VPN Device With 
VPN Manager," to a file.

To save your configuration information to a file:

1.

In the Configure menu, select Manager, then select 
Password.

The VPN Manager window appears.

2.

Enter and reenter the password to confirm it.

Note: 

Note: 

Note: 

Note: This password is for the device list only and is not 
related to the password you entered when you initially ran 
the Setup Script (Chapter 3, "Setting Up a Basic Routing 
Mode Configuration on a New Device"). 

It is also unrelated to the password you entered in the 
preceding section, "Adding a VPN Device With VPN 
Manager," when you created a .imn extension file.

For more complete information about the passwords used 
with your VPN device, see VPN Manager online Help, under 
"passwords: about passwords."

3.

Click OK.

You return to the VPN Manager main window.

4.

In the File menu, select Save As.

The Save As window appears.

5.

Enter a file name.

6.

Click Save.

The file is available immediately for use.
