Removal and replacement procedures

Remove the processor module ("Removing the processor module" on page

Unlock the processor retaining bracket.

Open the processor retaining bracket, and open the processor locking lever.

CAUTION: Failure to completely open the processor locking lever

prevents the processor from seating during installation, leading to
hardware damage.

Remove the processor.
