IOPn.MtcMon Fault Handler status: Fault event processing completed, but there were insufficient system resources to
provide a complete event history or log Removed Units.
Severity Error
Description This is the last posted message in a fault handling sequence. It:
• Indicates that there was insufficient memory to record all message details and FRUs
associated with the fault message.
• Indicates that there was also insufficient memory to log the insertion string indicating
which components the system removed.
• Indicates which components were removed in response to the fault condition.
• Separates consecutive fault handling messages in the log.

Action The action to be taken depends on what components were specified in the associated FRU
messages, if any were able to be logged. However, this message indicates that the memory
