Description
Displays a numbered list of the previously entered commands from which you can re-execute selected
commands.

history
Notes
Use the
history
command to provide context for the ! command:
•
Enter ![command_string] to re-execute the most recent command that matches [command_string].
•
Enter ![line number] to re-execute the corresponding command from the History display
•
Enter ![partial command string] to re-execute a command that matches the command string.
•
Enter !! to re-execute the most recent command.
Examples
The following is an example of the
history
command:
8/20q FC Switch #> history
1 show switch
2 date
3 help set
4 history
8/20q FC Switch #> !3
help set
set SET_OPTIONS
There are many attributes that can be set.
Type help with one of the following to get more information:
Usage: set { alarm | beacon | config | log | pagebreak |
