panel

LEDs

are

functioning

properly

and

that

the

controller

can

operate

the

LEDs

.

The

error/diagnostics-sensing

capability

is

not

tested.

All

module-related

adjustments

and

calibrations

must

be

completed

prior

to

beginning

this

test.

This

is

a

nal

test.

Connect

the

equipment

as

shown

in

the

test

setup

illustration

for

this

procedure

.

2.

Set

the

mainframe

line

switch

to

ON.

3.

Load

and

run

T

est

04.

Front

P

anel

LEDs

.

Refer

to

Chapter

2

for

information

about

running

the

software

.

When

performing

this

verication

test,

the

RF

section

can

be

congured

in

the

system

or

connected

to

an

extender

module

.

Either

the

HP

70900B

local

oscillator

source

or

a

full

microwave

source

can

provide

the

LO

input

signal.

The

test

prompts

the

user

to

select

a

softkey

that

agrees

with

the

state

of

the

LEDs

at

the

beginning

of

the

test.

The

A

CT

(active)

LED

turns

o,

and

the

ERR

(error)

LED

turns

on.

The

user

again

selects

a

softkey

that

indicates

LED

state

.
