故障対策

故障対策    

    

チャックを使用中に不具合が生じましたら当社へ連絡をしていただく前に下記の点をお調べください。

    

 

不    具    合 

原        因 

対        策 

チャック部品が破損している。 
 

分解の上,取替える。 

摺動部が焼付いている。 

分解の上,焼付部分を油砥石で修正
するか,部品を取替える。 

チャックが作動しない 

回転シリンダが作動していない。 

配管系統を調べ異常がなければ,回
転シリンダの分解清掃を行う。 

切粉が内部に大量に入っている。 
 

分解清掃をする。 

ドローバのストローク不足 

回転シリンダとコネクチングロッ
ドが緩んでいる。 

回転シリンダを外して締め直す。 

トップジョーのストロークが足り
ない。 

ワークを把握したときに,トップジ
ョーがストロークの中央付近にある
ようにする。 

圧力が不足している。 
 

圧力を設定値まで上げる。 

トップジョーの成形径がワーク径
に合っていない。 

正しい成形方法に基づいて再成形を
行う。 

切削力が大き過ぎる。 

切削力を計算してチャックの仕様に
合っているかを確かめる。 

ドローバや各摺動部の油が切れて
いる。 

各部のグリースニップルから給油を
行い,加工物を把握しないでトップ
ジョーの開閉操作を数回行う。 

ワークがスリップする 

回転数が高すぎる。 

必要な把握力が得られる回転数まで
下げる。 

チャック外周が振れている。 

外周および端面振れを確認してボル
トを締付ける。 

ストッパ端面が振れている。 
 

ストッパの端面振れを修正する。 

ドローバやトップジョーの取付け
端面にゴミが付着している。 

トップジョーを取外した後,取付け
端面をよく清掃してゴミを取除く。 

トップジョーの取付ボルトが十分
締まっていない。 

トップジョーの取付ボルトを十分締
め付ける。 
(ただし締め過ぎに注意すること) 

トップジョーの成形法が間違って
いる。 

成形プラグがチャック端面に対して
平行かどうか,成形プラグが把握力
のために変形していないかを確かめ
る。 
また成形時の圧力,成形部の面粗度
などをチェックする。 

トップジョーの背丈が高過ぎ,ト
ップジョーが変形したり,トップ
ジ ョ ー の 取 付 ボ ル ト が 伸 び て い
る。 

トップジョーの背丈を可能な限り低
くする。トップジョーの背丈が高過
ぎると,チャックの寿命にも悪い影
響を与える。 

非常に重量の大きな加工物をトッ
プジョーの力だけで持ち上げるた
め,一箇所のトップジョーに変形
が集中している。 

把握するとき,加工物を中心付近で
保持し,全重量が一本のトップジョ
ーに加わらないようにする。 

精度不良 

把握力が大き過ぎ,加工物を変形
させている。 

加工できる範囲で,把握力を低くし
て変形を防止する。
